Gathering the Fragments: A Journey Through My Work

There’s something both beautiful and difficult about looking back.

As I began the process of collecting and organising my work—art, research, writings, and more—I realised how much I’ve carried over the years. Not just physical pieces or academic publications, but stories, challenges, changes, and an evolving way of thinking and seeing the world.

The academic part of my journey feels more ordered—at least in structure. But it isn’t on the website yet either. I’m still figuring out where to begin with that. The folders, files, and lectures are there, but how to present them… that’s another process in itself.

And then there’s the art.

Art was never something I created with the intention of showing. It was always about making, responding, existing. That instinct to exhibit—to display—only came recently. Not out of pressure, but out of necessity. A quiet need to allow these works to be seen, to give them space in the world.

Now that I’m uploading them, one by one, I see how long this takes. It’s not just scanning or photographing. It’s also about selecting and remembering. It’s about recognising that this process is its own form of making.

Meanwhile, it’s important to remember that this is not just about documenting the past. I’m still deeply engaged in the present—working on my ongoing art series, running SPACE Studies, developing Eco Urban Nest, researching, and writing. This website is becoming a home for all of that—what’s been, what’s becoming, and what’s still in motion.

Thank you for visiting, and for walking through this with me.
