Faultline is an original mixed media artwork on paper from my City on Fire series. Created in 2023 after the intense heatwaves that swept through early that year, this piece reflects on the cracks that emerge under pressure — emotionally, physically, and environmentally. The fractured, textured surface echoes the way our world splits without warning, like scars across the earth.
Bold, layered colours meet deep fissures in this tactile composition, capturing both tension and fragility. It’s a visual meditation on climate, vulnerability, and the unseen pressures we carry.
